Terms of Sale

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy or use a My Trip Shortcut Access Pass. My Trip Shortcut is operated by LM Associates (“we,” “us”). By buying or using an Access Pass, you agree to these terms.

What you get

An Access Pass is a one-time purchase of $29 USD that unlocks our AI Travel Concierge in ChatGPT. You receive a personal Access Pass Code by email after checkout. With it, the Concierge creates trip plans and gives you links to book hotels, tours and activities with our travel partners.

  • There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Each Access Pass includes up to 50 trip searches per calendar month. The count resets at the start of each month.
  • Your Access Pass lasts for as long as we operate the AI Travel Concierge. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give Access Pass holders at least 30 days’ notice by email.

What you need

The Concierge runs inside ChatGPT, so you need your own ChatGPT account. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI and is subject to OpenAI’s terms and usage limits, which we do not control.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your Access Pass, email support@mytripshortcut.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. When a refund is issued, the Access Pass Code is deactivated.

Using your Access Pass

  • Your Access Pass Code is for your own personal use. Please don’t share, resell or publish it.
  • We may suspend or deactivate a code that is shared publicly, used to overload or abuse the service, or bought with a disputed or fraudulent payment.
  • Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, or try to access our systems in ways not intended.

Bookings are with our partners

We are a trip-planning service, not a travel agency. We do not sell, book or take payment for any travel. When you book a hotel, tour or activity, you book directly with that partner (such as Booking.com, Viator or GetYourGuide), under their own terms, prices, cancellation rules and customer service. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you book, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Accuracy of information

Trip plans are generated with AI and are for planning and inspiration. Prices, availability, opening hours and travel rules change, and AI can make mistakes. Always confirm details on the booking site before you book, and check official government sources for visa, passport and entry requirements.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for travel bookings, partner services, travel disruptions, or losses arising from your use of trip plans, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your Access Pass. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date and email Access Pass holders about significant changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
